Marketing Information Data Analysis System (Midas)
This tool is used to display the airline's marketing data. A web-based system, there is no need
for special software or hardware. All you need is a browser, an Internet connection, a
User ID and Password. The Midas system provides a platform on which can be installed a variety of
modules, depending on the needs of the airline. The primary role for Midas is to provide
data security, common logging and reporting, user profile maintenance, secure email support to
customer service, and the ability to support any standard or custom modules that an airline

Midas: Sales Focus Module
This module of the Midas system is designed to support the airline's sales force. Its reports have
been designed to be easy to request, quick to respond, and easy to interpret. Even the basic reports can
be used to great advantage. With the addition of a variety of optional features, like report sorting,
directional travel, and various grouping options, even the most demanding of users can get what they

Midas: Market Focus Module
This module of the Midas system is designed to give users the ability to ask more detailed questions about
the content of the data. The database is much larger and contains detail down to the flight level and
can even be viewed day by day. With an ever expanding set of selection parameters, Market Focus is
designed to be able to answer any and all questions about the airline's marketing data.

Data Selection
Several data providers offer selected data that is pertinent to
a particular airline. This saves an airline money by allowing them
to purchase only the data that is important to them without jeopardizing
